By accessing or using the Lifestyles Club website (lifestyles.club) or subscribing to the Abundance Memo newsletter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, subscribers, members, and partners. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. The Abundance Memo is a subscription newsletter. By subscribing, you agree to receive weekly editions and related communications from Lifestyles Club. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email. We reserve the right to modify the newsletter format, frequency, or content at our discretion.

Newsletter content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice.

4. Membership

Lifestyles Club membership, including Founding Member and Inner Circle tiers, is subject to application approval at our sole discretion. Membership grants access to the benefits described on our website at the time of enrollment. We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with reasonable notice.

Membership fees are billed annually and are non-refundable except as required by law. Memberships auto-renew unless cancelled at least 30 days before the renewal date.

5. Partnership Program

Brands and service providers applying to partner with Lifestyles Club must meet our curation standards. Acceptance into the Marketplace or newsletter sponsorship program is at our sole discretion. Partnership terms, deliverables, and fees are governed by separate written agreements.

Lifestyles Club reserves the right to remove any partner at any time for conduct inconsistent with our brand values.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Lifestyles Club website and in the Abundance Memo — including text, images, design, logos, and editorial — is the exclusive property of Lifestyles Club LLC or its licensed contributors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

Sharing newsletter excerpts with proper attribution for non-commercial purposes is permitted with a link back to lifestyles.club.

7. Disclaimers

The content provided on this site and in the Abundance Memo is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, medical, or professional advice.
